I'm not sure if save mounter has the same restriction. the account id you get from signing into psn, so systems on 5.05 can't do it. If you export saves from the ps4, they'll go into a folder named after your account id. I don't know what's entailed with putting cheats in a save either.
I'm assuming you have to export the save. unfortunately, I think the save has to be legit or else it doesn't work, and you may have to be on the latest firmware.
